It's been a while

since I've written.

Sorry about that. It's not like I can say that I've been busy. I really haven't. I'm just lazy, or something.

Although, I sometimes feel like no one reads this. Alas, I will update.

Since it's been almost two months since I've written, I will quickly go through all that has happened.

In order of when they happened:
1. I made it through finals week last semester. I made it. I scraped by, but alas everything turned out okay, and I am still alive. My grades weren't perfect, but nothing too terrible.
2. Pretty much as soon as school was over, I got sick. Like majorly sick. Flu sick. It was awful. Yay for being sick over Christmas! Not.
3. Even with being sick, Christmas was good. Christmas day was really nice and relaxed. We went to see Seven Pounds and it was really wonderful.
4. I went to Ian's birthday party, and that was really fun, and of course, it was good to see Erin and Ian while on break.
5. AMBER AND ROSS'S WEDDING/NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY! Was amazing! And it was also so amazing to see EVERYONE that was there: Keith, Michael Driggers, Katy, Melanie, Daniela, and other Alums. It was definitely the best New Years Eve I've ever had. EVER.
6. I went to North Carolina for four days to see Caroline. That was truly wonderful. Not only was it really wonderful to see her, and to be in the beautiful place in North Carolina, but it was so great to get out of freakin' Rome, Georgia.
7. I made the most of my last week of break once I got back to Rome. I slept. A lot. I was really lazy, but it was great.
8. School started a week ago, and it's going going. It's getting off to an okay start. Not wonderful, but also not rocky.
9. This past weekend was pretty great. Sunday was Erin's 21st Birthday party which was wonderfully fun. Yesterday, John-Tyler and I went to Kennesaw to see and spend time with Christy.
10. TODAY BARACK OBAMA BECAME THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!!!!!!! Today is and has been such an amazing and wonderful day.

So. That's what's been going on. I don't really feel the need to elaborate too much on anything specific. I do want to touch base on a couple of other things though.

Right now I am going through a few changes. Good changes though. It is mostly friend changes. I am getting closer and closer to Erin, and with that Ian, which makes me really happy. Also, I have met and gained two other people who I am super thankful for: Lindsey Glass and John-Tyler Wood. These two people have come into my life exactly when I needed them. I am, also, fading from a few friends. Not LOSING, just fading. And, as much as that is odd, it's not so terrible. Things change, people change, people grow, and with that new friendships are made and old ones fade.

School has started, as I mentioned. My classes are: Spanish, Precalculus, African American Literature, Playwriting, and Faulkner. I don't think it will be an easy semester, but I don't think it will be unenjoyable. I think it will be a fun semester. Plus, I am [cross my fingers] hopefully going to be House Manager for How I Learned to Drive in Feband head dresser for Dance Concert in early March. Also, I am going to be in the Vagina Monolgues in late March, and [again, cross my fingers] hopefully going to be in the One-Acts in April. So, it is going be a busy semester. But, I'm sure I can make it.

Anyway, I have homeowrk now, so I am going to go do it. But, I thought I would update those few few of you that read this.
